Join us to kick off 40FY 757 with a virtual prostate cancer conversation for men and women.

Facilitator: Charlie Hill and other prostate cancer warriors and survivors

Dr. James Mixon will provide a family doctor’s perspective about prostate cancer

Event #2: Virtual Panel

Time: 10:30-11:30 AM

40FY 757 continues with a one-hour virtual awareness and educational panel.

This panel will feature a number of prostate cancer experts and medical professionals, including the Forum’s own Dr. Paul Schelhammer.

Event #3: September 18th PSA + DRE & Birthday Celebrations*

Time: 11:30 AM-1:30 PM

Men are invited to receive FREE PSA testing and digital rectal exams (DRE) from on-site medical professionals.

Eligible men will be able to receive a birthday celebration care package. The first 25 men who turn 40 in September 2021 will receive a $20 gift card.
